Liability Release

By purchasing products from Jerk Engineered Products, the customer voluntarily releases, discharges, and holds harmless Jerk Engineered Products, its employees, affiliates, successors, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages related to the purchase, installation, use, or modification of our products, whether performed by Jerk Engineered Products, a third-party installer, or the customer.

This release is binding and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. It is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
