Refund policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that the product is in new, unused, and unmodified condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging and free of damage to qualify for a refund.

The eligibility of returned items due to manufacturer defects or errors is determined solely by Jerk Engineered Products. In such cases, return shipping will be covered by us.

Please note that custom-made items or products with custom color options are non-returnable. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled.

Products that have been drilled, altered, or modified in any way—including but not limited to mounting modifications—are not eligible for return.

Returns not related to manufacturing defects may be approved at our discretion. Customers are responsible for all packaging, shipping, and insurance costs. Refunds are issued once the item is returned in like-new condition.

Jerk Engineered Products is not responsible for packages marked as delivered or signed for. If the shipment is reported lost or stolen., we are happy to help resolve the issue when possible.

Due to continuous improvements in product design, actual products may vary slightly from those depicted in promotional materials.

Jerk Engineered Products is not liable for any modifications made to a customer’s vehicle during installation. We do not reimburse or accept liability for vehicle alterations. 

All closeout and open-box sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
